Our Renewed Purpose Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support individuals in living safely, independently, and with dignity, whether in a structured residential setting or in the comfort of their own homes. Our approach is centered on meeting each person’s unique needs while promoting independence and overall well-being. Our core service is Residential Supported Living, where individuals receive personalized support in a safe, community-based environment. In addition, we provide supplementary services tailored to individual preferences, goals, and program eligibility, ensuring each person receives the right level of care, support, and resources to thrive.

–Residential Supported Living Services–

Provide a structured, community-based home for adults with developmental disabilities, offering person-centered support, daily living assistance, medication management, skill-building, and meaningful community engagement.

– Consumer-Direct Services –

Allow individuals to hire, train, and manage their own caregivers, including trusted family or friends, promoting independence, flexibility, and greater control over their care decisions.

–  Personal Assistance Services –

Support seniors and individuals at home with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, transportation coordination, medication reminders, and overall wellness support.

 

– Respite Services – 

Provide temporary relief for caregivers, reducing stress while ensuring continuity of care and maintaining a safe, stable, and supportive environment for individuals.

Provider Enrollment Programs

Our provider network offers personalized support, education, and resources to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. We work with providers to maintain compliance and strengthen service delivery. Some services may be subject to program eligibility and licensure requirements.
